A butcher’s favourite, and for good reason. Cut from the rib with the bone left in, our Côte de Bœuf is well-marbled, dry-aged, and full of deep flavour. Ideal for sharing, this is a steak that rewards simple cooking, a hard sear and a hot oven, rested properly. Sourced from native-breed cattle sourced around Ripon, dry-aged on the bone, and prepared by hand in our shops. Perfect for a special supper or a proper Sunday centrepiece.
