This excellent fresh cheese from Cote Hill was awarded Supreme Champion at the 2024 British Cheese Awards! Matured and mould ripened with geotrichum candidum, it’s soft smooth and rich, with a savoury nose. Cote Hill named their award winning cheese Snowdrop in honour of Cynthia, the current owner's mother who started the dairy at Cote Hill Farm in 1963. It was her favourite flower growing abundantly in her garden which welcomed the start of a new year. Show more
