Low growing at first and spreading to about 3', this is our cutest, elfin cotoneaster! Teeny, tiny leaves are very congested along the low, arching, rock hugging branches. The ever green leaves are the deepest seaweed green. Tiny white flowers are followed by red munchkin berries and the new stems are red in color. Such an appealing plant!!
