An indulgent medium/dry easy-drinking cider with the perfect balance of tannin, acidity and depth of flavour. Tasting notes - a fine bite to the mouth with layers of soft spice and baked apple. 4.6% ABV. Fermented from 100% fresh-pressed cider apple juice, at ambient temperature, the cider is matured for at least another 6 months to soften the tannins and bring the full flavour of the bittersweet fruit to the fore.
