This one is a wonderful way to explain the history of your place or the rules to your renters. We do this in smaller sizes as well. Loved how this one turned out! (spelled differen tly - but was Bizarre to have a person order from you with your own name!) We are currently doing this without the paddles and use wooden letters for at least one of the titles.
