Counter weights are fabricated from 2" diameter steel and coated with plastisol. The 3.5lb counter weights are supplied with one eyebolt attached to one end. The 7lb and 14lb count er weights are supplied with an eyebolt on each end. Exactly as pictured. The 3.5lb counter weights are for flagpole heights from 15ft to 35ft. The 7lb counter weights are for flagpole heights from 40ft to 50ft. The 14lb counter weights are for flagpole heights from 60ft to 120ft.
