Our Countermeasure Sheet is a problem tracking sheet which could be described as an 'A3 Report Lite'. It is commonly paired with the Daily Management Worksheet to coordinate effort s to solve the problems that prevent hitting daily targets. While the A3 Report is generally used for team projects as a communication tool, the countermeasure sheet is specifically designed to complete 'project calculus' in which gains from projected solutions are tallied against the project goal to make sure that the entire target is met.
