In addition, we can provide ‘taster’ courses that can provide an overview of different subject areas raising awareness for all levels of personnel from Operators and Technicians through to Supervisors and Senior Management. Our experienced consultants ill work closely with you to identify issues that can enhance the performance of your team and mitigate specific risks. With some notice it may be possible to tailor the course to address a specific site-based problem to enhance learning for delegates. Courses can be delivered at your business premises, minimising the time spent away from site and reducing travel and accommodation costs. Alternatively, it can be beneficial to attend courses at our training facility when time off site can be a useful means of focussing attention on specific issues away from the distractions of normal day-to-day work.
