Tie Cowl is knitted flat, bottom up in hiccup (mistake) rib – same pattern row on both sides. The bottom of the cowl flares slightly. Shaping is accomplished with decreases over th ree consecutive Right Side Rows at about a quarter of the total length. Two to four tie cords are threaded into the open edges and tied to close the cowl for jaunty wear. Show more
