This mix contains five species of Vigna and one kind of pigeon pea. The idea of this mix was to provide summer legumes that perform well in the South and are resistant to heat, dro ught, and insect pressure. Donations came from all across the US and will likely perform well in many latitudes. Most of the mix consists of about 20 types of cowpeas with a great diversity of shapes and colors. Some yard-long beans are present, too. I suggest giving these seeds a trellis and a good bit of space. Species present: Vigna umbellata, Vigna unguiculata, Vigna radiata, Vigna mungo, Vigna aconitifolia, and Cajanus cajans. Packets contain approximately 100 seeds. Show more
