Add your spirit, let it infuse, and enjoy. Recipes included via QR code. Each jar makes 8 cocktails. Use twice to make 16 total. How to use:1st use: Open the jar. It is vacuum-sealed so you may have to pry the lid after unscrewing the ring. Empty the sugar packet into the jar. Fill the jar with rum (or another spirit, see recipes). Replace the lid. Patiently wait 3 days. - These are the steps to enjoy a Cozy Cranberry. When you're ready to have a drink, pour 1 1/2 ounces of the infused rum from the mason jar into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 1/2 ounces of apple cider, a splash of lime juice and a handful of ice. Shake well. Strain the liquid from the shaker, pouring into a highball glass. Add ice (ideally pebble ice). Top with 3-4 ounces of ginger beer. Add a cinnamon stick to garnish. Enjoy. - Continue making cocktails until all the rum is gone. (Pace yourself!) Keep the jar and contents of the jar for the next batch.2nd use: When the first batch is gone, fill the jar with rum and add 12 grams of sugar. Demerara is ideal but any sugar will do. Replace the lid and patiently wait 3 days.- Now the infused rum is ready to be enjoyed. 3rd use: When the second batch of rum is gone, the jar ingredients make a lovely, low ABV* soda. Add soda water to the jar, filling it up. Add 12 grams of sugar (or less). Gently stir until the sugar is dissolved. - Now pour your flavored seltzer over ice in a highball glass. Makes two 4-ounce servings. *Alcohol By Volume.4th use: Now that you've enjoyed your soda, these ingredients have a final life as a simmer pot. In a small saucepan, add 1-2 cups of water. Add the ingredients of the jar and simmer on low heat. This provides a fragrant and enjoyable send off to the ingredients that have served you well.- Discard the ingredients.
