In this intermediate level class you will expand on some of the basics of decorating with royal icing (mixing different consistencies of icing, outlining, flooding, creating royal icing transfers, and adding detail with piping consistency). We will touch the surface of some more advanced techniques and push the limits of your sculpting skills and create 3D wintery textures and details. You will be introduced to multiple approaches to a single design, giving you a variety of options when you are decorating on your own. This prerecorded 3 hour course is yours to refer back to at any time and work at your own pace.
