All of our crowned and lugged guards are precision machined from 360 brass. Crowned guards radius is cut to make them easier to shape and finish. Thickness is 1/2" at center and re duces to 1/4" at radius. 1/2" x 1" x 4" long. Lugged guards have a smooth radius for ease in shaping and finishing. 1/2" x 1" x 4" long.
