Our Crab Cakes are made with 90% jumbo lump crab meat and just enough ingredients to season and bind them. Handmade and full of sweet, tender crab with a hint of local seasoning. 4 -oz cakes, two per package. Also available gluten-free. Cooking Instructions: Thawed: Pan fry in oil over medium heat for 4–5 min per side. OR Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 min, flipping halfway. Cook to 160–165°F internal.
