The Crack Back is a PMD nymph that features a slim profile and a lifelike design to imitate a nymph that has begun the process of shedding its nymphal shuck. This fly has impeccabl e proportions and truly imitates a PMD nymph. Fish this fly when trout are feeding on PMDs below the surface in freshwater streams and rivers. The PMD is a popular mayfly in the western US and provides trout with food both subsurface and on the surface.
