The Craftics Buffing Kit contains a 4″ diameter cloth buffing wheel and a 2 oz stick of buffing compound for polishing the edges of acrylic sheet. Produces a high-gloss, clear edge finish on acrylic, Plexiglas, Lucite, and Acrylite. For use with a hand-held drill (with the Craftics Arbor Adapter) or a stationary buffing motor. Prepare edges with the Craftics Edge Scraper or 150/600 grit sandpaper before buffing. Apply compound to the wheel, then pass the acrylic edge firmly against the spinning wheel in a smooth, steady motion. Keep the wheel moving in constant motion to prevent overheating. Clean the wheel periodically by holding a file or hacksaw blade against it as it rotates to remove built-up compound. Made in USA.
