The juice is then dehydrated at low temperature and pressure to obtain a sugar-free concentrate. This ensures that those on sugar-restricted diets can benefit from the unique properties of Cranberries. Approximately 25 grams of Fresh Cranberries are used to make one gram of our concentrate. Cranberry Complex is mixed with a type of soluble fibre, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), which are sweet and easily dissolved, obtained from chicory root. FOS acts as a prebiotic.
