Studio Carta discovered these scissors in a shop in Rome and loved them so much they tracked down the manufacturer in order to provide them to customers. These beautiful, heirloom quality scissors are in the shape of a crane, its beak cleverly represented by the extremely sharp blades. Engraving is used to highlight the bird's details. Hard tempered steel is used to create the scissors, with nickel-plated blades and 24 karat gold plated handles. These sharp, finger bow scissors are ideal for embroidery or other detail work, and for cutting fabric or ribbon without dulling. 9cm (3 1/2") long. Made in Italy. Show more
