Complex, intensive, strong taste, dry plums and spicy notes, with some leather on top. Very dry. Strong tannins. Full bodied, high acidity, jammy and oily, complex. A lot of earth and leather, sour cherries, cassis, red plums. A lot of peach juice, hints of lemon and lemon zest in the middle. Long but rather simple finish with minerality and balsamic vinegar.
