Pre-press garment for 8-10 seconds to remove wrinkles and excess moisture Peel backing off transfer (white side) and lay transfer sticky side down on the garment. Press for 12-15 seconds with medium-heavy pressure. WARM peel. Let it cool down for a few seconds/rub with a cool piece of cloth before slowly peeling off film. Do not cold peel or hot peel.
