this light cream is still thick. i use it to whip and its great. you can pour directly into coffee, but its much thicker than half/half. Check out the coffee picture, it is closer to store bought "heavy whipping cream" but we're calling it light cream here, as it is light compared to the other options give it a try and let me know how you think it works out!
