I can't even begin to summarize the influences that Phil had on the Dahlia world. He was just too good and sadly passed too soon.So let's talk about CREAMY a yellow miniature ball that was introduced in 1993. Now I am not a fan of yellow, it's probably my least loved color of dahlia but this yellow I will grow year and year again! It is such a soft delicate yellow it's no wonder where the name comes from.
