Location: CropTacular Virtual Scrapbooking Events Facebook Group Join us for Create & Inspire, an uplifting and inspirational virtual event designed to spark creativity, encourage completion of pages for your albums, and provide connection with fellow scrapbookers. Using the contents of your Grab Bag ("Bougie Bag")—along with your personal stash—you’ll work through creative challenges. The challenges will be listed in your Bougie Bag and are the same in every Bougie Bag. You may begin the challenges on your own at any time prior to the event. With this mini event, there will be three main challenges and several bonus challenges. On Saturday, September 19, lead designer Andrea Deer will host segments for each of the three main challenges. During each segment, she will: Share tips, ideas, and creative approaches Walk through the challenge concept Show sample completed project examples Participants are encouraged to upload photos of their projects and leave comments directly in the corresponding challenge video. Also at the scheduled times, we’ll post the graphics and instructions for our five optional challenges, giving you a total of eight challenges to inspire your creativity. And, of course, we have a pretty fabulous Grand Prize: FREE KITS FOR A YEAR! To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must have purchased a Doodlebug Bougie Bag. Your name will receive an entry for every challenge project you upload by 6:30 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, September 19. Complete one project? One entry. Complete eight? Eight entries! Then be sure you’re watching our 7:00 PM live broadcast on September 19. You must be watching live to win the Grand Prize! -------------------------------------- But your creative time isn’t over! You can continue creating and uploading projects for all eight challenges through Saturday, October 24. To qualify for one of our eight individual challenge prizes, simply upload your completed project under the appropriate challenge post by 6:30 PM Eastern Time on October 24. We’ll draw one winner from each of the eight challenges and announce all eight winners at 7:00 PM that evening. For these eight challenge prizes, you do NOT need to be watching live to win. So spend September 19 creating with us, enter as many projects as you can for your chance at free kits for a year, and then keep the creativity going all the way through October 24! -------------------------------------- Prizes GRAND PRIZEFree kits for a year! The winner will receive a $50 credit added to their account on the first day of each month from October 2026 to September 2027. We will award TWO grand prizes. One grand prize will be awarded to an in-person attendee during the August CropTacular. A second grand prize will be awarded during the virtual event. Grand Prize Eligibility Requirements: You must purchase at least one Event Grab Bag Bundle (If you are attending in person, you are automatically registered for the in-person grand prize drawing. To be eligible for the on-line grand prize drawing, you must purchase an additional Bougie Bag - it doesn't have to be a Bougie Bag Bundle.) You must be present for the live drawing on Saturday, September 19 You must respond promptly when announced to claim the prize Each Grab Bag purchased and each completed challenge shared on Saturday, September 19 earns you an additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
