This book was written by Richard Noel as a result of facilitating his "Creating Joy & Harmony" workshop at Miraval Arizona and for private groups off site. Each class was filled wi th guests requesting something they can take with them and incorporate what he presented in their daily lives. His desire was for this content to reach people - not teach people. As a former engineer, he struggled with feeling joy and living in harmony. He knew it was imperative to find a way to live in alignment with joy and harmony and so this book and his workshop were born.
