"The original purchaser will receive a confirmation email when the voucher is redeemed" 💌 Booking & Cancellation Policy Securing your seatFull payment is required to confirm your place in a Madam Lampshade workshop. Cancellations by you Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop date: a partial refund will be issued, minus a $50 non-refundable admin fee. This fee is retained as your booking held the seat, which may have otherwise been offered to another guest. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date: the full workshop fee is non-refundable. Non-attendance on the day without prior notice: no refund will be issued. Date transfersWe understand that plans change. One complimentary date transfer is available if requested at least 14 days before your booked workshop. Transfers are subject to date availability and cannot be carried over indefinitely. If a guest is unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop date by emailing [email protected] Cancellations by Madam LampshadeIn the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
