Come and play To let creativity flow, you need to let go of ideas of right and wrong. Chances are, like me, you grew up believing that everything must be measured against a standard—that there is right and wrong, and nothing in between. That you have to stay inside the lines, or it’s “wrong.” The magic lies in focusing on the process. Rationally, you probably already know this—but sometimes it’s hard to give yourself permission, break free from old patterns, or overcome the fear of expressing yourself authentically. We all have a desire to give expression to what lives within us. It’s actually quite simple: play with whatever calls to you in the moment—just as children do naturally. The good news? We can still do this! That’s why I’m hosting Creative Playground - Step out of your head, into your body, and intuitively feel how you want to move. Connect with your inner child (aka your Inner Artist) and create freely, joyfully, and without judgment.
