How do you start writing creatively? How do you teach creative writing and practice it? This Manifesto recommends jumping straight into the deep end andsimply doing it yourself. Ov er the past few decades, the worlds of art and literature have been drawn closer together by mutual attraction. More and more artists have been exploring the written word as an artistic medium alongside painting, video and performance, while more and more writers and poets have been producing forms of literature for exhibition or performance. As a result, the approaches employed on either side have been mutually enriched, expanding the playing field in both realms of creative expression.
