This listing is for purchasing a shipping credit for returning the cremains left over from your Spirit Piece's creation. We generally send ashes back Fedex, pet ashes can send UPS. If you are utilizing a Post Office box with a street address, please use the USPS shipping method and Fedex/UPS may not deliver to post office boxes. Please note that we ship with signature delivery. If you miss the delivery, you have 7 days to arrange pick-up. If the package is returned to the artist due to address issues or non-pickup, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs. Please order only after your Spirit Piece has been returned. On the checkout page the system may indicate a kit will be sent, you can ignore this message. Please note that we often don't use the entire amount of submitted cremains. In most cases, we request more ash than what is necessary in order to ensure we have enough to make the item. When shipped, the cremains become aerated from being shaken throughout the shipping process. As such, they may appear at or slightly above the line marked on the collection kit's vial. This is normal, and the cremains will look less voluminous once settled. Prices raised April 1st 2025 to account for USPS increased code in shipping cremation ash. Fedex added as an option for sending people ashes May 14th, 2025.
