Luxe Creme eyeliners are luxurious, ultra-long wearing, smudgeproof and creamy. They draw a perfect eyeliner without tugging delicate eyelids. The colors are rich and deep. It goes on without skipping. The color stays true and in place until you take it off. Just dip an eyeliner brush of your choice in the creme liner and put a small amount of the eyeliner creme on it and swirl off excess. Then draw on your eyeliner. I usually start from the outer corner going inward. My creme liner is my go-to eyeliner of choice for brides, too! Tip ~ Close cap tightly after using.
