Wild fermented this Chardonnay has a brilliant pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing presents aromas of nectarine, citru s, dried honey and biscuity oak followed by hints of nougat and gun flint. Fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits meld into traces of dried honey, biscuity nougat, citrus and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry with lively acidity and an elegant aftertaste that has a brisk feel to it. Show more
