CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND INTERVENTION: PROVIDING EFFECTIVE SUPPORT This course provides the learner with a foundation in crisis management by identifying elements of crisis, analyzing the four stages and response approaches and communication, understanding effective conflict resolution techniques and tools to support clients before, during, and after a crisis, and understanding the relationship between compassion fatigue and rational detachment.
