Croaker fish is a good source of lean protein, it is extremely rich in nutrients, omega-3 (good fatty fish oil), calcium and potassium. If you like eating red snapper, salmon, barracuda or tilapia, croaker fish is definitely one you would want to add to your seafood menu. To thaw your frozen fish, store in the fridge for 10-12 hours before you are ready to cook but for a quick thaw, submerge fish in cold water for 15-20 minutes before washing and your fish is ready to be seasoned and cooked.
