This is my crochet pattern for the roll neck poncho. This is for the digital download. Top down - worked from the top down so you can try it on for size as you go and adjust if you wish to make it longer or shorter. No sew - the poncho is worked as one piece, you do not end up with lots of pieces to sew together and very few ends to sew in. This is a very simple, straight forward pattern suitable for beginner, give it a try! The jumper requires around 800g or your main colour aran and 50g of your accent colour in aran and a size 4.5 mm hook. The pattern is one size but is very straight forward to make it bigger if you wish. The pattern uses UK terminology - DC - Double Crochet (which is a US single crochet), TC - Treble Crochet (which is a US double crochet), chain, slip stitch and DC back loop only (with instructions on how to do this) (which is a US single crochet back loop only) .
