The Cross Kites Pro Impulse TR is a 3-line trainer kite, an easy-to-control powerkite with a bar, a third-line safety system, and simple relaunch.It stays where you want it in the wind window, flying efficiently towards the edge but easy to bring back when you want more power. It also turns noticeably tighter than you'd expect for its size, even the largest, 3.0 m², handling comfortably without a big steering movement.The canopy holds its shape well even when moved quickly, staying stable and predictable, forgiving enough for someone learning, but direct enough to respond clearly to input.Two outside lines handle steering, while the third line acts as both a safety and relaunch line. Activating the safety brings the kite down gently with very little remaining pull, and the same line helps get it back up if it lands the right way. The bar carries clear colour coding throughout, red for the left line, black for the right, and blue for the safety line, making it easy to connect and to untangle if things get twisted.The canopy uses a lightweight 40D nylon shell with stronger 70D polyester internal profiles, paired with a low-stretch Dyneema bridle and SK75 Dyneema flying lines, both with stitched terminations for a clean, consistent connection.The Impulse TR comes ready to fly, straight out of the bag. A hybrid 40D nylon canopy with 70D polyester internal profiles keeps the kite light where it can be and strong where it needs to be. A tightly braided, low-stretch Dyneema bridle keeps the kite in tune, session after session. SK75 Dyneema flying lines provide around 10% more strength at a comparable diameter and even lower stretch than standard Dyneema. All lines are coated for a smoother finish and additional protection during use. Stitched bridle and flying-line terminations create a secure, consistent connection with less bulk and resistance. An internal dirt channel and Velcro dirt-outs make cleaning sand and debris out of the kite quick and simple. Mesh-covered air intakes keep debris out and support a stable leading edge. A Velcro loop at the trailing edge keeps the bridle organised when packing away.
