If attaching your CrossCore Suspended Pulley Trainer to a bar, door, beam or other anchor point is not an option, the Ceiling and Wall Anchor is a great solution. Great for creatin g an anchor point from a ceiling beam or wall beam when nothing else is available. Base is made from 3/4" steel plate and measures 4" x 5.5". Includes four bolt holes for better versatility when mounting. Includes (2) 3/8" x 3.5" lag screws and (2 washers). Use for wood only.
