Crosslinker B is a predilution of B concentrate which allows easier incorporation into the mix of Hydrophilic coatings and derivatives thereof. It is very hygroscopic and absorbs atmospheric humidity quickly, leading to eventual viscosity increase and gelation. It should be flushed well with dry nitrogen or CO2 after every opening.
