Welcome to the Crossroad Beanie! A great introduction to cable knitting. The cable is separated by a column of knit stitches to reduce the amount of chaos that cables can sometimes
create. This is a design that I’ve had for a few years now and have worn regularly! I thought it was about time that I allowed everyone else to enjoy this design as much as I have! SIZES:The pattern includes sizes:S - 50-53cm/19.5-21”M - 53-56cm/21-22”L - 56-59cm/22-23”XL - 59-62cm/23-24.5” The model has a size 59cm (23”) head and is wearing a L sizes beanie. This pattern DOES NOT include a chart. All the pattern instructions are written. The pattern requires 5mm needles and 10ply/worsted weight yarn. The pattern was written using Brooklyn Tweed’s Tones yarn but you can easily substitute this yarn for an alternative. Please remember that if you can’t source the yarn that is recommended then try to find a yarn with a similar tension gauge. The tension gauge is the most important part when ensuring your completed beanie is the same as what you see in the pictures. The tension for this pattern is 18 sts x 26 rows.
