The products in this collection are made and packaged in our Laguna Beach, California kitchen. They are unique and delicious and will help make your meals successful. Granola- Our granola has been the mainstay for breakfast at Zinc for almost 30 years. The high nut content makes this a rich and nourishing granola. It contains almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, brown sugar, butter, oats. Steel Cut Oatmeal- This style of oat is what we use in our kitchen for oatmeal. It maintains a wonderful texture and flavor after being cooked. The groats are roughly cut into 3rd's rather than rolled and therefore have more texture. They do take longer to cook. Oatmeal Topping- We created this recipe to give our oatmeal uniqueness. We serve this with every bowl of oatmeal.
