Moulded in the UK from virgin HDPE by Melba Swintex, it is a genuine one-man lift, links hook to eye without tools, and folds flat on 360 degree swivel feet so barriers stack 40 high for storage and transport. It has no reflective Chapter 8 sleeve, so it is for pedestrian areas rather than public highways.
