A lovely Victorian gothic notebook gift, perfect for writer and bookish friends and family who love crows, and folklore and mythology — and for anyone who never quite grew out of their love of dark fairytale illustration and storytelling, and hopefully never will. Perfect for writing spells, recipes, a Gothic mindfulness journal, to do lists or strategic planning for projects, travel itinerary, or just random silly thoughts. Pairs well with my Bats Notebook or Black Cat Notebook, or any of my other notebooks for extra writing space! I loved designing this notebook by hand here in my small UK studio, it is one of my favourite designs – I love crows and ravens, and trees, and they all often feature in my work. This notebook is made here in the UK in small sustainable quantities, it is made using high quality recycled paper pages which are a good weight for writing on, and soft cardboard covers. Each lined page has a couple of my inky bats also, a touch of spooky gothic style. These useful and characterful crows are ready to inspire and oversee your creative writing projects and thoughts. I use these notebooks daily in my studio and on my travels, I hope you enjoy using them too. Notebook Details- Size: A5 in size 147mm x 210mm, a handy size for notes and slipping in your handbag or backpack beside a tablet or iPad. Inside: 76 lined pages of high quality recycled paper with flying bats as pictured throughout the notebook. Design: My original hand illustrated inky crows in a crooked old tree wrapped around front and back covers, with deep teal inside covers. Cover: Stapled binding, soft recycled cardboard cover. Made in the UK: Designed and illustrated by me in my studio, and made here in the UK. Comes with one of my bookmarks tucked inside, with my grey cardboard paper band.
