A large species from the vicinity of Domingos Martins in Espírito Santo, Brazil, with a symmetrical shape, fairly broad leaves with undulating margins and a bronzy-green coloration with faint stripes. In nature it lives in deep shade, but in cultivation it seems to like bright indirect light, much as most other species. This species is widely cultivated in its variegated form, known as 'Arlety', but the typical form of the species is fairly rare in collections. Show more
