Common Name: Crypt Lucens Crypt Lucens is a less common Crypt that works well as a foreground or midground plant — slender, bright green leaves with brown stems that, in large grou ps, can resemble tall reeds of thick grass. Like other Crypts, it's recommended for beginners for its ease of keeping and low care requirements. Cryptocoryne prefer not to be moved once planted — avoid relocating them if possible. A note on "crypt melt": Cryptocoryne are well known for shedding their leaves after being moved, replanted, or exposed to a sudden change in water parameters.
