Cryptocoryne Retrospiralis is a 'taller' Crypt similar to Crypt Balansae, and the hammered- bronze texture of the leaves is a perennial favorite! I'd place these in the midground, to back in your aquascaping, as they are among the taller crypt species and can get between 12" to 24". One of the lowest-light, and easiest-to-please plants I carry, you should nonetheless expect some leaf melt when it's shipped your way. These like to regrow their leaves when disturbed. One plant is 4-8" tall. SUBMERGED-GROWN Growing requirements: 65-80 Degrees Fahrenheit Ph 6-8 Low to Medium light intensity. Slow growth speed As I like to keep real ecosystems in my aquariums, there’s always a chance of harmless hitchhikers like snails or dwarf shrimp tagging along with your plants!I personally keep several beneficial snail species in my tanks, including Colorful Ramshorns, Bronze Bladder and Pond Snails, Mini Rams, and Malaysian Trumpet Snails.
