Look at the cover and the fact it's out on Numero Group and I'm thinking it's a lost country folk record that 's been charmingly recorded on a porch by this bloke 'Stan Hubbs' who is either 27 or 47. Turns out this is a fuzzy lo-fi monster of record, that monster is a little shabby and while it does mean to have a mean bite it ends up being super-endearing, a little psychedelic and stuck together with 6 year old glue from the back of the drawer. Truth being, this is a deceptive ripper of a record, intriguingly wonky and warped. Epically torched psychedelia from deep in the private mind garden.
