Crisp apple flavour leads into a smooth caramel finish. A delicate crystal shell cracks open to reveal a soft jelly centre with fruity sweetness and buttery caramel notes. Vivid Ca ndy crystal candy is kohakutou, the Japanese method of setting fruit syrup in agar and drying it slowly until a crisp sugar shell forms over a soft jelly centre. Every piece is handmade in small batches in Brisbane. Plant based and gluten free. Show more
