It is a stick of pure potassium alum, a natural mineral salt that has been used as a deodorant for hundreds of years. It works by leaving an invisible layer of mineral salt on the skin to inhibit the growth of odour causing bacteria. Apply to damp skin after washing. To use on dry skin, wet first and then apply. Dry crystal thoroughly before placing back in the box to increase its lifespan.
