Crystal Vajrasattva Statue About Our Statue :Vajrasattva is depicted with a bell in his left hand at the level of his hip and a Vajra in his right hand at his chest, with gold plated. High-quality stones are set and crafted on the face and Vajrasattva Body. The base of the statue is copper base with gold plated. His robes are filigreed with inlays of carved lapis lazuli, coral, and turquoise. The bell symbolizes wisdom, and the vajra represents compassion. He sits serenely with legs crossed upon a moon disc atop a lotus seat.Introduction To Vajrasattva Statue:Vajrasattva is the second patriarch in the Shingon Buddhist lineage, the first being Vairocana Buddha. According to Kukai's writings in Record of the Dharma Transmission, Nagarjuna encountered Vajrasatva in an iron tower in southern India, based on Amoghavajra's testimony. As recounted in the Mahavairocana Sutra, Vajrasatva inducted Nagarjuna into the abhiseka ceremony and entrusted him with the esoteric teachings he had gained from Vairocana Buddha.
