Painted with watercolors that are handmade by another artist who infuses his silver paints with a little real silver. The pattern was drawn with ruler and compass based off a metho d taught by Katya Nosyreva PhD and gleaned from analysis of the anonymous Medieval Persian manuscript titled "On Similar and Complimentary Interlocking Figures.. ~6"x6" i Regal limited edition Crystalize illuminations are individually hand gilded with Caplain leaf, signed, numbered and ready for framing. Each museum-quality illumination is made with bright archival water resistant inks on velvety smooth lightfast acid free pH neutral 100% α-cellulose German Etching paper by Hahnemühle who’s papers have been prized in European houses of nobility for centuries for their highest levels of craftsmanship and superb durability. Only 50 Crystalize illuminations each of two sizes will be made from the original ~6"x6" watercolor.
