This is the perfect option for those who don't have a lot of freezer space, but value knowing where their food is coming from and knowing it was raised in a happy, healthy setting. This bundle includes 6 lbs.- 7lbs. of beef per month (weight will vary slightly from month to month, but will never drop below 6lbs.). Each month, you will receive: 2lbs. ground beef 2-3 lbs. assorted roast 2-3 lbs. assorted steaks We will have your beef cut, wrapped, and frozen by federally inspected processors ready for you to pick up from the farm on the fourth Friday & Saturday of every month.
