Depending on your individual toxic load, you may experience common detox reactions and symptoms, such as bloating and gas. If detox symptoms occur, you can reduce the dosing to the sensitive dosing and work up to the full dosing (one capsule twice daily) over time. Does CT-Biotic have to be taken with food, or can it be taken without? You can take CT-Biotic without food, but it's generally best tolerated when taken with meals.
